What this site collects

Who processes it

• Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, its servers keep standard request logs, which include IP addresses.
• Google Fonts serves the two typefaces this site uses. Your browser requests those files from Google.

What this site does not do

• No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers.
• No cookies are set by this site.
• Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

Removing your information

Call 817.584.2200 or email chessneyfornes@gmail.com and ask. Anything you have sent will be deleted.

Real estate records

Separately from this website, a real estate broker is required by Texas law to keep transaction records for a set period. That obligation is set by the Texas Real Estate Commission and applies to signed paperwork, not to messages sent through this site.
